Dan LaMorte is an experienced cannabis user and a New York City-based stand-up comedian, writer, and ultrarunner. His relationship with cannabis is an interesting one. From the ages of 19 to 23 he gained a significant amount of weight, snowballing all the way to 354 pounds. After a doctor told him he had fatty liver disease and needed to make a change, he started utilizing cannabis in his workouts to make them a little more fun and a lot less painful. Along the way, he discovered stoned running and went on to run off over 185 pounds. Dan now writes about the cannabis world for CBD Oracle and competes as an ultrarunner, those are runners who run races longer than marathons. He lives to defy the lazy stoner stigma.

  • Produced two albums, Not Enough Pieces & Infect Me Once, both debuted at the top of the iTunes charts, and have amassed over 1.2 million streams on Pandora, and are popular plays on SiriusXM’s comedy channels
