Healist Naturals is a CBD brand that’s dedicated to defending health and wellness. This brand is all about protecting the body and giving it what it needs, all while embracing the power of plant-based science.

Healist Naturals offers a wide selection of different CBD products for various purposes — some to ease pains, others to help sleep, and some to calm you down. They don’t have a vast strength selection to choose from, but Healist does offer regular and double-strength options in case you have a bit of a higher tolerance. 

Surprisingly, the products themselves tasted incredibly pleasant, with their flavors not being too intense for my liking. They were subtle, refreshing, and blended perfectly with the CBD inside.

The effects of the CBD took a bit longer to kick in than I would’ve liked, but maybe that was just me. When the products did work, they were somewhat potent and did just as they claimed they would per product. Even with some relatively high potencies, the price points of Healist’s goodies were still pretty affordable, attracting me even more to this brand. All in all, I was delighted with Healist Naturals.

Healist Naturals Calm Chews

Healist Naturals’ Calm Chews are great CBD gummies for stress. I will admit, they are a little pricey, but I found it worth it for the added dose of concentration they brought. As they got to work, I noticed that not only were my stress levels lowering, but I was able to concentrate better on the tasks at hand.

The effects of the gummies didn’t fully kick in until about 90 minutes after consumption, but they lasted for hours. Healist claims that these chews come in a “berry” flavor, but it was more like a vague fruit flavor to me. I wasn’t a huge fan, but I didn’t have to choke them down, either. Overall, the potent effects of these 20 mg. broad-spectrum gummies had me smiling.

These sweet chewables come in large packaging that allows your gummies room to breathe. However, the container is see-through, so make sure you store it somewhere dark. When you open the gummies, you don’t notice any discernible smells; same goes with the flavor. However, after about 90 minutes, I realized that my demeanor had changed entirely. I was no longer hunched over, stressed. Instead, I was relaxed, focused, and content.

Healist Naturals Sleep Drops

A great way to naturally get your body to relax and unwind after a long stressful day, I found a lot of solace in Healist’s Sleep Drops. These drops come with a total of 600 mg. of CBD, with 20 mg. per dosage. A dose and a half were perfect for my experienced self, so I suppose one regular dose is probably ideal for the average consumer. (You nailed it, Healist.)

The Sleep Drops come with a nice, natural citrus flavor that perfectly disguises the notes of hemp inside. Effects took about 45 minutes to kick in fully, but I was happy with the deep, rejuvenating night of sleep I got. Oh, and I wasn’t drowsy the next day! That’s always a plus.

Like the rest of their product line, Healist Naturals’ CBD Sleep Drops look gorgeous and feel high-quality in hand. The flavors of these oils are delicious, so you don’t have to dread your dose of CBD at night. I noticed my muscles feeling heavier and my mind feeling a bit calmer after 30 minutes, but after 45, my eyes felt heavy, and I was heading to bed. It didn’t take long to pass out, either.

Healist Naturals Extra Strength Body Relief Lotion

In need of a little bit of extra strength and support for your aching muscles? Healist Naturals Extra Strength Body Relief CBD Lotion is the perfect option, then. This topical comes in at a nice 300 mg., making it great for painful, deep-seated muscle and joint pains.

The formula isn’t messy when applied, and the herbaceous aroma is nice and calming — an added bonus! Like the other topical I tried from Healist, I did have to re-apply this lotion quite frequently to continue experiencing effects. However, it did work to target some of my most hard-to-reach pains, giving me the relief I needed. I just wish it lasted longer.

Available in a pretty, minimalistic bottle, the Extra Strength Body Relief CBD Lotion is good for tackling those deep-seated pains that your average NSAID can’t reach. The application isn’t messy at all, and it absorbs flawlessly into the skin. Effects kicked in quickly, though they didn’t last long. My muscles and joints felt wonderful for only about 30 minutes, and then I noticed the effects had slowly faded already.
