cbdMD has an entire line of something they call “ PM Products.” These products are specifically designed to consume before bed to help promote a healthy sleep cycle and restful night. Their 500mg CBD PM Tincture is naturally flavored with refreshing mint flavors that are calming in and of themselves.
Unfortunately, I did find that only one dose of this oil wasn’t strong enough to induce much sleepiness or relaxation. Two full doses, however, and my muscles felt much, much happier. While I didn’t feel much relaxation in the mind, this tincture was great for preparing my body for bed.
