• Select CBD only has three products to choose from, but I couldn’t help but immediately gravitate towards the brand’s Recover Bites. These tasty chewables are meant to help give your body a boost of support after a workout or a long weekend. So, I consumed one the day after a few too many nights out, and I found myself feeling more clear-headed and able to rally. These are great options for those who need to feel a bit more like themselves on short notice. (But, it’s not going to cure your hangover — sorry.)

Select CBD Chill Bites

Select Chill Bites are a great way to, well, chill out a bit. These small edibles contain a consistent 25 mg dose of CBD in each bite, allowing you a small dose of cannabidiol to help ease those nerves whenever you need them to. These edibles come in a few different flavors depending on your personal preference, but they all taste just as fruity and appealing as the next. At 25 mg, these are ideal for both beginners and experienced consumers, as one whole gummy was perfect for helping me feel a bit more chill.

The Select Chill bites are made well, packaged well, and taste delicious. The effects of these all-CBD chewables are pretty mild, but they’ll get the job done for those who are newer to the world of CBD. After about 45 minutes, I could feel my mind calm down a bit and once bedtime came, I slept like a newborn baby — it wasn’t that these made me sleepy, but they kept me asleep. The best thing about these products, though, is that they are available nationwide because they comply with the 2018 Farm Bill.

With the help of CBD and CBG, Select’s Recover Bites will help you overcome whatever life’s put you through. Whether it’s been a long weekend of partying, a day full of stress, or you’re just starting to feel better after a sickness, Select’s Recover Bites are a great way to get a dose of support naturally. After consuming, I found that these edibles helped my thoughts stop racing and made me able to focus better on the tasks at hand. I was also a bit more motivated to finish my day strong. Though I didn’t notice any pain relief, I was happy with the mental support I received.

Select’s Recover Bites use a blend of CBD and CBG to help your mind feel better after going through some long days. These edibles are tasty and feel nice in the mouth, and their effects kick in after about 45 minutes or so. After my morning gym session, I ate one and about 4 hours later, I ate the other to see if they would help my achy muscles. While I did find these chewables effective for my mental, unfortunately they didn’t measure up on the physical — so, be sure to keep this in mind before consuming. But I will say, they are quite tasty!

Select CBD Snooze Bites

Select’s Snooze Bites are all about helping you fall asleep and stay asleep. These gummies contain a blend of CBD and CBN oil to create the ultimate sleepy, relaxing formula. With the addition of CBN, I found myself feeling positive and calm, yet still super sleepy and ready for bed. Instead of worrying about having trouble sleeping, I was preoccupied with my insane comfort levels. I will say that this Snooze Bites pack didn’t have my favorite flavor or texture profile, but they were manageable if it meant a nice night of sleep.

Select’s Snooze Bites contain a 1:1 blend of CBD and CBN with 12.5 mg of each cannabinoid in every gummy. The flavor of these gummies is a calming Blackberry, but it isn’t quite as appealing as some of Select’s other gummy flavors. Thankfully, these gummies are made with advanced nano-technology to ensure the effects break down easily and quickly. Thus, I started to feel tired within about 30 minutes of consumption.
