Yes, microdosing is an excellent way to take advantage of the calming wellness benefits of THC and full spectrum CBD, but without overdoing it. Just start small: ¼ the recommended serving size of your product in the morning every day. If you want to add to that, take another ¼ serving in the evening. If you feel like that’s still not working, you can bump up the morning serving to ½ serving, and so forth. The key to microdosing THC is to find the serving size that works best for your individual needs!
