Check the label. True CBD oil will be listed as cannabidiol, full-spectrum hemp, or phytocannabinoid-rich while hempseed will read cannabis sativa seed oil under the ingredients list. To start off, pick up a 500mg bottle.
Don’t Skimp on Quality
Whether you cook with it or not, you’ll want a high-quality CBD oil in order to see real benefits. Avoid products with added chemicals or ingredients, and buy organic when possible.
